Who is responsible for the treatment of your data?

KOMPINI TECHNOLOGIES SL is the RESPONSIBLE for the treatment of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be treated in conformity with what was arranged in the Regulations (UE) 2016/679, of the 27th of April (GDPR), and the Organic Law 3/2018, 5th of December (LOPDGDD).

To maintain a commercial relation with the user. The foreseen operations to conduct the treatment are:

  • Process order, application, give answers to consults and any other type of petition that is carried out for the USER through any form of contact that are given to them in the RESPONSIBLE's web.
  • Send the online informative bulletin, about news, offers and promotions to our activity.

For what reason can we treat your personal data?

Because the treatment is legitimised by the article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER's consent: communication commercial remission and the informative bulletin.
  • For the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: carry out a market survey, statistic analysis, etc. and process orders, applications, etc. at the request of the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept them for no more than the time necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or there will be legal prescriptions that dictate their custody and when they are not necessary for this, will be suppressed with adequate security measures to guaranty the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.

To whom do we facilitate your personal data?

It is not foreseen any communication of your personal data to third parties except, if it was necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service supplier with communications, with which the RESPONSIBLE has subscribed the confidentiality contracts and treatment management required by the current regulations of the privacy.

Which are your rights?

The rights that assist the USER are:

  • Rights to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right to access, rectification, portability and abolition of their data, and limitation or opposition in their treatment.
  • Right to present a complaint before the control authority (www.aepd.es) if he considers that the treatment is not adjusted to the current regulations.

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USER, by marking the corresponding squares and the entrance of the date in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in the download forms, accepted on purpose and in a free and unmistakable way, that their data is necessary to attend their petitions, by the provider, being voluntary the inclusion of the data in the remaining fields. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are true and becomes responsible to communicate any modification of these. The RESPONSIBLE informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, because they are necessary for the presentation of an optimal service to the USER. In case that not all the data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will completely adjust to their necessities.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That in approval with the arranged in the current regulations in protection of the personal data, the RESPONSIBLE in obeying with all the orders of the rules GDPR and LOPDGDD for the treatment of the personal data in their responsibility, and expressing with the principles described in the article 5 of the GDPR, for which are treated lawfully, loyal and see-through in the relation to the interested and adequate, relevant and limited to the necessity in relation with purposes for those treated. The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that have implemented a technical and organisational policy appropriate to apply the security measures that establish the GDPR and the LOPDGDD with the purpose to protect the rights and liberties of the USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
